catia toolbars not shown after opening catia

hi everbody,

my catiav5 r14 is opening but i am not able to see any toolbars on it. pl see the attached image.i have also tried uninstallation and reinstallation process also .

I know this is an old thread, BUT you are running Vista and I didn't think V5 was Vista compatible. Could this be the problem?
 
Delete your CATSettings

This will bring up CATIA in the default state.

Be sure to show hidden files.

Catsettings are in
c:\documents and setting"your login"\applications\dassault systemes\catsettings
