ASME (American Society of Manufacturing Engineers)
+ all dimension values are horizontal
+ dimension values placed in middle of broken dimension line
+ abbreviations used for dimension types (DIA, 3 PLACES, CHAMF)
ISO (International Standards Organization)
+ dimension values parallel to dimension line
+ dimension values placed above dimension line
+ symbols used for dimension types (Ø, 3X)
