One feature are not work in active directory user of Catia

Hello Catia Group
After installing CatiaV5 in the user account (under the Active Directory 2012)
All features work properly, just the feature mentioned below in the screenshot as follow :



The following message is displayed after the window is clicked



But this feature works well in the Administrator user

I notice several things in your attachments:

1. Do you have the license for the 2D Layout product?

2. Create a new CATPart first, and then try to start the 2D Layout workbench

3. One of the pictures showed the P3 interface. Most users use the P2 interface.

All of the things you mentioned are working properly on the administrator user
but the user level not work

Sorry, but I'm out of ideas. I'm sure you removed and re-installed CATIA by now.

I suggest you contact the local dealer who sold you CATIA and get their help.
