scan or define in work object

Newbie
Hello, I'm using R13. When I try to use the "scan or define in work object" command while in GSD the scan toolbar no longer appears. It used to work fine but no longer shows up. Any ideas why this is happening?

Right-click on the background of the toolbars to customize the toolbars, then click the Restore All Contents and click Restore Position
