any idea why does this happen and how to solve it?

it's a bolt (from standard parts) and a threaded hole.
that hatch over bolt shouldn't be visible.

It is probably because of the interference, Go to the properties of the view, in the Advanced tab.

At the bottom, you will find options to calculate the interference
