UG NX .Net issue

Hi,
I am very new to UG NX programming. Today, I have written a demo application in VS 2012 C# but while running am getting error like Invalid NX Signature found and then searched many forums and tried to solve this issue using SignLibrary.exe from UGDIR, but at the time I got error like below image.

So please help me to solve this issue.
