Catia V5r21 - Open File & Save Problem!

Fellas i actually working with catia V5R20, i just recieved a file which cannot be opened in V5R20 (Error: OSM_AL013 : Cannot open document due to internal error.) so i just think it could be designed by V5r21, so i installed V5r21, when i try to use it i noticed with V5r21 neither can open a file nor save a created design. So i made problems Two Any suggestions friends on any of these?
I attached two pictures, first belongs to r20 problem and second to r21.

File opening issue

Could you please tell us the source version ( native cad ) of the file? so that we can ponder some solutions.

I think you didnt apply the license well and its work in DEMO MODE.
Thats why you cannot save it.
Try to look on the top of the window, the very top.
Usually, if you work in academia, it will display catia for student.

CATIA Advanced file

Hi,

It should be an advanced version of the CATIA. ( CATIA R22 or R 23 ). Try converting the file in the source into the required format and try opening it.
