Function between tensions and spline's length

I've been finding the answer for this question: in 3D surface, creating a spline between an explicit point and a point with parameter, with constant direction (tangent). How to do a formula for two tensions of 2 points so that when a point with parameter moving, the length of spline is still constant. Would someone mind to help me? thank you for wasting your time.
