Joytick with button actioned in 5 directions

Hy guys im trying like crazy to create a joystick with a button that actions in 4 direction(up down, right left) and in middle when you press it. I need it for a school project which I need to finish today. I made something but it doesnt work at all :(. Please help any ideas, photos, parts if someone has i would be very thankfull.
