Problem with sketcher orientation

i have some issues with my catia sketcher. initially the absolute axis are from the origin point,and axis are coincide with plane and everything is perfect up to this point.


after drawing a rectangle or any geometry and exit the work bench to part design and pad the geometry ,and select a side of the geometry again to sketch


but here the orientation is completely gone and the planes are in 3D ,axis are not in coincidence with the planes ,when i just move the object this become more complicated ,



someone please help me to solve this issue

at which plane did u start ur sketch? in the first picture, it seems like the x plane is alrdy not on the origin
